Work-life imbalance leads to emotional stress, depression and anxiety.

  • Exhaustion: By working for long hours tirelessly and regularly, you may run the risk of being faced with both mental and physical exhaustion, end up messing up with all the fronts of the life due to confusion and tiredness.

    An exhaustive schedule if followed for a long time, may build up confusion, increase the susceptibility of mistakes at work and affect the overall productivity.
