        The answer to the quiz given at slide 30 suggest that physical appearance is not a barrier to communication.  I would wish to disagree and suggest that physical appearance can indeed be a barrier to communication.  For example "skin colour" ( a physical characteristic) certainly can act to distort a message.

        I also agree; although I am not in agreement with "skin color."  This sounds a bit stereotypical and assumptive.

        I totally agree with you that physical appearance can indeed be a barrier to communication. As the way someone is dressed, someone's hair cut, etc.
