I want to let the users of this website know that you need to go to a specific course and to enable it - please click on - "Start Course".
Once you click on "Start Course" you can download the powerpoint presentations and also view the course online.

. I followed advice w/o success. I press on "Start Course", I am asked to enter current password, and after I do I am told that my data has been updated but no evidence that the system has acknowledged me and that I qualify for the course. Am disappointed.

Are you a paid member ?
Are you trying to access the free courses ?
Also....which browser are you using....I would prefer If you can use Chrome
Thanks for your contributions, but I do not think it is a problem of being a paid or unpaid member. Even the free courses have become difficult to download. I think there is some issue with the site now. I will appreciate it if something is done to correct the problems. Thanks

Every time I activate the button Start Course it ask me to change my password and after doing that there is juat no response. hat exactly must I do to download powerpoints and courses. I am a paid member and my registration is active.
When I press start button it takes me to pricing plan.
Whereas earlier I have downloaded the presentations easily.
