As per my understanding, Goal means a Target; for eg. To make sales profit of USD 10000.00 by the end of year december,2014. goals normally means what you want to achieve and get or its simply an end product/result/outcome.
whereas objectives are the measures/means through which one can meet/achieve/realize ones goals. for ex. to make a profit of USD 10000.00 by the end of december, 2014 what things you need to do. first objective is to recruit a well qualified salesperson by the January month, then advertisements and sales etc.
